go to the wood shop and have them build it O.o not that hard. If you don't have lumber, but a tree and pick up the little logs if you don't have enough material stone break a rock and pick up the little ones. If you simply don't have the option maybe try upgrading your house to level 2 first

You need to have a level 3 house, then the Mayor will come tell you about the Blue Feather. and a few days later a cut scene will happen, you'll see a bluebird flying and you go to Caramel Falls and go past the waterfall and another cutscene will happen, and you'll have the blue feather. give it to your guy on a sunny day (no festival day though) *a lot of it will end up taking place outside, thats why it has to be sunny*

How do you ask someone to marry you?!?!?!

If you have the person at 8 hearts, the mayor will come to your house and tell you about the blue feather. Then, in 1-7 days, you'll see a blue bird fly by your house. Go to the waterfall, and go behind the waterfall, and you'll get the blue feather. And go propose to the person (it has to be a sunny day).

Make sure you've seen all the heart events and did the favor they asked you. And they should say yes! :)

It's a sorta long process to get everything. But to get the first half you ship 1000G worth of items. The mayor will tell you about the quilt. Then ship like, 1000G-2000G abd he'll give you the left half. Then there's a this weird process to get the other half.

Then to get the right half:

-talk to Gill

-upgrade your house, which costs 3000G and 16 pieces each of stone and lumber

-talk to Gill again

-talk to Dale

-talk to the mayor while he's in his house; tell him you're interested in fixing the clock tower

-he gives you the key

-use the key as a tool and open the clock tower in Waffle Town Square

You'll get the 2nd half of the quilt then. ^.^

Well you need to view all heart events(lunch date, 2 heart gift, 5 heart gift, and confession of love.)

And you need a big bed!

Also you must complete the request, most people just want items, but some like renees need just wants you to complte darens rainbow.

lukes right in the begening of the game so you don't have to wait to start giving him gifts the first thing you do is wait for the mayor to get you a part of the map then get gill to get you the other pice wich requires you to get a upgrade of your house then you water the green flower first because its the easyest the it gives you a resipe (sory it long)

In HM:ToT the blue feather event is where the blue bird flys past your house and you must follow it to where it lands and then you get the feather but to get the feather you must have your "lover" to 8 hearts thats how it goes (i'm pretty sure)
