Not alot of games nowadays seem to care about having good soundtracks, the music is important for games, they help you to understand characters emotions, and Nier is one of those games that has a heart...something alot of games today don't have...
@Leterian I think your right. Its really beautiful. The game itself isn't on par with the soundtrack. Without the music i'd be hard pressed to enjoy this game as much as I have.
@ceruleanraven Yes,that´s true,the soundtracks are an very important point in this game i think.Square Enix did well because everytime the right soundtrack is at the right time on the right place,the musics works perfectly together with the situation.
@Miyakolover Right,even if Nier didn´t get the best "marks",in reality Nier diserves to be a top league,because the creators have really good ideas,and they try to tell a story with it,and they don´t only want to make money with it.That´s why it is such a great game.
@Miyakolover Yeah,absolutely correct!I´m not against shooter or some kinda horror games,there are really cool games too,i´m flexible.But such Games with good Story,good dialouges,good Soundtrack,what makes someone thinking,those are the best,i think :D
@Leterian Meh, even horror games lost their horror edge because they became more action packed, Resident Evil 5 and Silent Hill Homecoming are good examples
@Miyakolover Aww that´s true,i loved resident evil as a horror game,now it´s mostly action,but i still love it.They should mix action and horror better.I hope continues of Nier will do better than those.
@Miyakolover At least you still have Dead Space. Dead Space 2 reminded me of that movie Event Horizon with all the mindfuck stuff that was happening to Isaac due to trauma and the Marker.
@dennisarango81 lol, Dead Sace is a horror game? I found it to be more of a third person shooters in dark rooms than anything personally, it only scares were the jumpy scares which get unimpressive after the third time they have done it :3
