I think Vova could probably improve Russia if he didn't have to be a puppet president, but I question whether he could improve the University of California, Santa Barbara.

That might be tough as it is a pretty good University. Still I'd think a couple of videos of Vova juggling at the beach and on the roof of University buildings or just even walking on campus while juggling would be favorited in a heart beat.
