Good video. I think his method of jumping through with bend legs is more advanced than doing it with straight legs, as bent legs requires far more core strength. Also, one generally has to be very thin (like this guy) to do it bent leg. Straight leg method is easier: key is to arms must be totally straight in the jump, and press into the floor with everything you have. This creates the gap to bring legs through the arms. Don't "bridge" fingers, keep palms flat!
Thanks. This really helped me. Three years practice and can just lift off the floor a little. Can't get back without feet touching floor but feel a little closer to it now.
