What is Real State's Rights

Slavery existed long before the notion of states rights, therefor states rights could not be used as an excuse for slavery. Slavery is an evil inherent in ALL of mankind. If you happen to be black your ancestors are guilty of slavery also. I doubt they ever gave states rights as an excuse for their behavior.

Many people would say that Reagan was a racist because he supported States Rights. I guess he was about as much a racist as Lincoln was an abolitionist.

There you have it folks. States Rights trumps the Constitution of the United States and all laws passed by your Federal Representatives in Congress plus the legal decisions [interpretation of law] of the Federal Court System, including the Supreme Court!

I to the most extent 10th amendment to our constitution. But it should not use to deny minority rights as it is stated in the 9th amendment as well as the 14th amendment.
