@WinkyMaeve Um no. When Christianity FIRST came to Africa it was through Mark the Evangelist who started the Orthodox Church of Alexandria. I know what your talking about, and that didn't happen until Christianity had come to western countries, something that had not happened in year 43.
And yeah, I agree that Islam did do a lot to improve Africa. I think it helped bring communities together and bring modern ideas to the people. However, this does not mean that it has some kind of monopoly.
