Im looking for song. There was rather thin guy with synthesizer walking on the streets. He has short red hair but it was not natural color. Im not sure but i think he aimed at people sometimes with his synthesizer and shoot them and it changed them in some way- after this they were more party like. But im not sure it was in this song. There were words and music was like from synthesizer so maybe it was from 80's or early 90's or it was modern but specially in style of that times. Any guess?

I've not heard of Gulan before, but from the clips his msuic is really the kind I like. Too bad he doesn'rt seem to have a compilation cd insterad of having to pay for a whole cd that may not be his best.
