  • The trainer in "Extreme Makeover" also said that walking is the best way to "melt off" the fat overly. If you want to loose weight in a short period of time, walk for straight 60 minutes and at least 5 days a week.

    Details are in Michael Thurmond's book- "6 week body makeover", I think it's a great book.

  • you measure how long is your feet by cm

    and multiply by 1.5

    the number of cm you get is the distance between your leg when you were walking.

    by doing that it stretch the muscle.
