one thing i have always though about kebabs it seems a complete waste of time to take the time and hassle to put all the pices of food onto skewers and then just having to remove them again in order to eat them. Totally pointless. YOur gonna have to remove the food from the skewer anyway. Why even bother placing food onto skewers you are going to have to remove it from in order to eat. what a waste of time
@MsPeachPrincess21 yes indeed doner kebabs are turkish but this is nothing like doner kebabs. plus a lot of indian kebabs even use papaya to mix in with their meat. The really authentic ones that is.
@flabbyoldman I guess the mixture of meat and the vegetables in the glass bowl is technically a curry. So if you have the seeds from the chilli in that mixture, the end result of that cooked curry (kebab) will be really hot.
define: curry Curry is a generic description used throughout European and American culture to describe a general variety of spiced dishes, best known in South Asian cuisines, especially Indian cuisine.
While this is used to generically refer to Indian food, the word actually means a dish with sauce/gravy.
It has to be a mistake the mixture is to thick to be a curry.

@210482fmj the same reason why you put skewer through the whole lamb. electrical oven doesn't exist back them. so people cook on the charcoal fire.

Why does it say remove the seeds unless u want an extremely hot curry when its lamb kebabs
flabbyoldman 1 year ago
@flabbyoldman The seeds are the hot part of chillies. If that's what you mean.
ald0sco 1 year ago
@ald0sco No, I meant as its a video for lamb kebabs and it says 'remove the seeds unless you want a extremely hot curry'
flabbyoldman 1 year ago

@ald0sco I think its just a mistake,
