one thing i have always though about kebabs it seems a complete waste of time to take the time and hassle to put all the pices of food onto skewers and then just having to remove them again in order to eat them. Totally pointless. YOur gonna have to remove the food from the skewer anyway. Why even bother placing food onto skewers you are going to have to remove it from in order to eat. what a waste of time

@flabbyoldman I guess the mixture of meat and the vegetables in the glass bowl is technically a curry. So if you have the seeds from the chilli in that mixture, the end result of that cooked curry (kebab) will be really hot.

While this is used to generically refer to Indian food, the word actually means a dish with sauce/gravy.

It has to be a mistake the mixture is to thick to be a curry.
