I was a virgin before I met my bf. We had unprotected sex for around 6 months, there was no outbreak until last week when I felt extreme pain in my vaginal lips, I went to see a gynae. Got this advice from a lady doctor. It works. Take a lysene tablet once a day, with a full glass of water. Must take the tablet with a full glass of water. Dont eat poutry, especially fried chicken. Avoid nuts, seeds, dairy products and caffiene. The prementioned foods can cause outbreaks. I found that I only need to avoid nuts and seeds.
