To avoid situations in life because of the emotion of fear, especially when the fear is inappropriate is such a waste! Would you stop doing things because you were too 'happy' or too 'sad' no! Because anxiety makes you experience fear, you take it seriously, that's the only difference! Charles
I recently climbed 7,000 feet in a cable car to the top of Mount Pilatus and I am afraid of heights, not to mention the intense claustrophobia. It's people like Charles who prove it can be done. I have suffered from PTSD for over 20 years and though it was a scary experience going up the car that high, I knew I have to do it anyway.
As the saying goes "feel the fear and do it anyway". I amaze myself one step at a time with my limits and it makes me proud that I can overcome alot!
Charles, congratulations on defeating your anxiety related issues. I'm sure you're asked this alot, but I have PTSD and I'm eager to be free from it. I have no family, no support network, just me and my will to make a recovery and return back to the way I was. It has manifested in a way I'd rather not make public, does your method work on PTSD???
Charles Linden whata legend!!!!!! i bought your program Charles and since then i whent from not being able to leave my home to moveing to canada (alone) for a few months to work. I have also done my first live music preformance in front of YES YOU GUESSED IT! PEOPLE! havent been happyer.... thanks charles for helping me let go. " The Past is Gone and the Future hasent happend yet"
I totally agree with you when you say Charles Linden is a legend. I sometimes think his The Linden Method will eventually go down in the history books as the number one 'self help' therapy of all time...
Cheers to your live music performance by the way! That is fantastic.
you've done such good work, helping others to have a life worth living again.
Including myself. I could say alot of things, but thanks will do :-)

I think it's really amazing that you went from being crippled by anxiety to super successful. This is a real inspritation.

Thank you Justine. 'Super successful' isn't a term I would use, but 'super well' is! I am always amazed at what I can achieve now. Take care.
