.. Cafferty .. went into a midtown Manhattan court to plead guilty in connection with a hit and run accident.
According to the criminal complaint, Cafferty was driving a Cadillac on Ninth Avenue near 42nd Street May 14th when he allegedly made an abrupt turn and hit bicyclist Billy Maldonado.
About five people tried to stop Cafferty ... but the newsman allegedly continued through two red lights, while dragging the bicycle underneath the vehicle.

Tibetans most live much much better than native Americans ,Aboriginese in Australia thats the facts.Most Tibetans mixed well ,they work hard ,run businesses compare to natives in Australia and USA whom have been dictated and subjugate by Europeans. China never in 800 yrs history with Tibet have a policy of :shoot to kill any natives u see. like in Australia and USA back in the old days.Tibet was much worst under feudalism system .
