It is the most realistic WW2 flight sim, the flight models are good and you have a lot of planes and maps to fly, you can also make your own mission, I made this mission myself too.

and there are a lot of mods to make the game look verry nice, (as you see) and you have new planes and buildings.

The new version of il2 (wings of prey) is less realistic as il2 1946, and that game doesn't have a mission builder.

which map did you use? If I want to take off from grass it's to bumby and my plane crashes during take off. and how did you place that concrete pavement in front of the hangars?

It is al in the slovakia map, except for the hangars and static planes.

It is a mod map, so you need to have your game patched to 4.09 to be able to play it, when you have 4.09 the concrete pavement will be an object in the Full Mission Builder so you can place it everywhere.

Great movie. 190s and 109s are a little on the dumb side though....correction very dumb. I think that spitfire would have been eaten up.
