MyCaal.com seems to have streamlined the loan modification process. I worked as a loan processor for quite a while, and it was always so tedious to handle all the paperwork. It should be really helpful to be able to upload and save your info and come back to it later.

This information is very usefull, you should translate it to Spanish or put subtitles, because a lot of Latinos are moving to the states and don't know how this loan and credit thing works.
