  • Blair is a WAR CRIMINAL facing 14 charges the CPS does not want to know says it all.....

  • @jenleex That would be for one of two reasons (Although I suspect it's both) 1. That is not within the jurisdiction of the CPS. 2. Blair is not a war criminal

  • everyone has to realise ALLour police forces are corporate entity's just like the courts are, they are there to make MONEY, wonder why they dont give long sentences to criminals? cause the police and court systems cant make money out of people in jail, even our beloved IRS is a corporate entity, believe it or not but go find out for yourself

  • all i can say is F*CK THE CPS i was assulted by a person and i had 6 of his mates surround me , he admitted assulting in interview, they lost evidence , got the date of when the trial started when the detective was on holiday, and in the last trial the so call paki cps barister was laughing and joking with the defendant and his barister and stopped when my mum walked in. they were absultly fu*king useless , i suffered broken jaw in 4 places broken eye socket bone and cheek bone, needed 2 operations

  • ffs, im doing a CPS assignment, what a load of shit this is,..

  • @tublewqr what you can put in it is . they are aload of shite and you would do a better job yourself, money wasting usless wan*ers

  • hey man how u been, u lookin into trusts?

  • Tarkin1979, you are a closed minded idiot. Search for John Harris in youtube, the truth IS out there.

  • I find it such a disappointment that the CPS (form what I hear) is complete crap. Are there not a atleast a few good lawyers in the CPS?! I know how polititcs and law is unfair but surely there must be some form of good in the CPS or in the Government?! What happened to people like< oh I dunno, Martin Luther King or Woodrow Wilson? People who actually stood up for the good?! sigh..I want to be a lawyer, but if the CPS is this bad...errgghh

  • The thing is, I'm a VICTIM of child abuse and rape, and yet I'm the one who has been persecuted by the so called justice system! How evil is that!!!

I will never stop complaining about what they did. The Bible says never to stop complaining till you get justice, so I never will. Even if they killed me (which they won't, because the Lord won't let them) I would still find a way to point at them.

What they did to me was completly evil.

  • I kept begging them to let me go home and they were as hard as nails. This was at Stafford County Court, by Victoria Park. The people there are like demons, completly hard as nails and greedy as hell for money. That is all they care about, money.

I don't know how I got through that dreadful time. I wrote to Lord Ramsbotham and told him all about what they had done. I also wrote to Baroness Howe, Lord Rix and every politician in the UK. They all know how rotten it all is.

  • I was not guilty of ANY crime, yet I found myself hounded to death by those evil dragons.

It made me so ill, I wanted to die. I even lay on the railway track one day so that the train could cut my head off.

They were torturing me in that courtroom. They forced me to sit next to the man who raped me, over and over again. It make me feel sick, and they had to call the paramedics to the court one day. I was given an ultematum to pull myself together or go to a psychiatric hospital

  • I was persecuted for 7 years by the secret family courts trying to force my son to visit a rapist.

I am one of the Staffordshire Pindown child abuse survivors. We have all been persecuted, presumably to stop us suing for compensation.

The MOJ is as crook as crook can be. I think Satan lives in that place, it is a terror to ordinary people.

  • that may have been the case. It depends whether those people who were cursing were leaning more towards the crime control model of justice, or the due process model of justice. We would like to see the justice process strike somwhere inbetween the two models :)

  • my friend was on trial recently in crown court. it was an obvious 'not guilty' case where the jury found him unanomously not guilty but after the trial i overheard the CPS and police cursing that they did not get a conviction!>? This was an obvious not guilty case but they did not care, they wanted a guilty?

  • If it was an obvious not guilty case then the Police and CPS would not have wasted time, money and resources prosecuting it. The fact this was your friend in court just possibly, maybe means you re biased.

Of course they cursed not getting a conviction ... they prosecuted the case and OBVIOUSLY they wanted a conviction and obviously they were not happy at not getting one! You seem shocked the CPS wanted a guilty verdict .. of course they bloody did! Try and follow a rational chain of thought.

  • dude, a jury of 12 people all voted for not guilty in this case because prosecutor witness admitted to bribing other witnesses to testify falsely. The crown still hated not getting a not guilty lol

  • That doesnt make sense, because if the pros witness admitted doing that then the judge would have thrown the case out without it ever going to a jury decision. I guess what you mean is the judge directed the jury to find your friend not guilty, which is a technicality but not the same as the jury making their own minds up.

The crown would still have been annoyed at the wasted money and time even if your friend was innocent.

What happened to the witnesses? I assume they are in deep s**t.

  • yes we were expecting the judge to throw it out but he did not? When summing up before the jury, the judge simply advised them to disregard the false testimonies. But he continued to sum up opposing evidence also. Oh and btw, it was up to the prosecution to bring charges against the purgerers after the case. They did not .

My experience of the law is that it is very biased based on this event. A conviction is a conviction, nothing else matters

  • They dont need our tax money for any purpose. Tax, inflation and other mechanisms of theft are all there just to keep people poor, and to steal whatever wealth some people manage to save or accumulate. All governments are bankrupt. The rich have made them so. And the rich sit on all the real assets: Gold, Water, Land, Farms, Agro-business, housing, and all else that is essential to life. so whatever the crisis, we must buy from them. Thats why farmers go broke & bankrupt. so they stay slaves.

  • 769 years passed between the signing of Magna Carta in 1215 and passing of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. That is how long it took for England and Wales to develope a system that could truthfully be described as a 'fair trial system'. The creation of the CPS was an essential element in the creation of a fair trial system. Most police officers haven't got a fucking clue about the strength or value of evidence.

  • My auntie and uncle (un beknown to me) allowed police to film a suspect, across the road, form their house. They stayed for about a week.

A few weeks later, 2 builders came ot the door, and talked their way in. They were robbed of their lifes savings.

My uncle was amazed, that they seemd to KNOW where the money was.

The only peopel EVER in that house alone, was the cops.

They both died later, depressed and broken, and in misery. My aunt had less treatment for her cancer cus she was robbed.

  • luckily he had £10,000 to pay for his own 'proper' expert, theirs was talking absolute tosh/garbage , BUT SOUNDED CONVINCING ENOUGH FOR A JURY!

His 2 mate who didn't have 10k are in jail for 22 years!.

  • Very good observations/ good valid viewpoint, what really bothers me is that a common accused man gets a poxy £300-400 of Legal aid (IT IS LIMITED), C.P.S. /cops have e.g. hundreds of Paid so called 'expert' witnesses, * who's views and evidence cannot be questioned or contradicted without having £10,000+ at your disposal to hire one yourself

as C.P.S. Do. A relation of mine was held for 9+ Months set up by Cops on a couple of words of 'hear say' evidence,

  • It has ALWAYS been this way. If you have nothing or will not admit you have anything, they throw you into jail, to show others what happens to peopel who wont pay.

But if you have money, some "private school buy" makes up a little story, and you walk free (i went to a private school and KNOW its this way, cus the children of lawyers told me).

I know someone caught with 32 ecstacy pills and got "not guilty". His father (freemaosn) paid £4,000 for the cops to "lose" the evidence.

    I got 3.5 yrs

  • C.P.S. -Police-Probation-Prison Service is really just a lazy gravy train!, jobs for boys-girls..

A FRIEND OF MINE, A SHORT WHILE AGO TRIED TO COVER/ PROTECT A FRIENDS JOB by saying he was driving a car. He almost got sent to jail, did hundreds of hours Community Service. Yet Police Officers in U.K are ordered to kill suspects (often in error) , do it and neither them OR THEIR SUPERIORS have EVER been disciplined or Prosecuted in 45+ CASES 14yrs.

2% of population own 96% Nations Wealth!.

  • weed has never been "genetically modified" just selectively breed for the best yields and high. Skunk was its just a cross of columbian and mexican weed strains not some super evil GM weed that the Daily Mail talk about. The cannabis debate in the UK has become so childish, even the USA are more pragmatic. But we desrve more than just medical marijuana , I believe its a human right to get as High as Kite if you so wish!

  • i have read that gamblin tax in the uk pays for hospitals and thats why they are trying to get as many casinos built as possible.

  • Good stuff, i like the part about that tax money going only towards the interest, if more people knew this, than more people would (hopefully) ask the question "how is our govt really paid for then?"

  • Also see "John Harris - It's an illusion" (5 parts), and the seminars by Robert Arthur Menard; "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" and "The Magnificent Deception".

    John Harris: watch?v=V0IM7Hobd_k

  • thanks mate!

  • the drug war is fucked, they really should give it up.

  • war is nothing but a racket. they are all fucked

  • Yes, and guess what... Directly or indirectly, THEY own the banks, too ! We are still a MONARCHY, because THAT is the only way this all makes sense !!!

  • What a load of tripe! If you're worried about the 10 mins it takes to issue a cannabis warning, how many more hours of police time do you think it woud take to prepare the file for court? The CPS is not a profit making organisation. It's an under-funded civil service department. It's you that needs to wake up.

  • Alas, one can find the CPS listed as a full profit corporation on the international market.

Along with all the other 'civil service' departments.

There's even a CCJ against the ministry of justice.

It doesn't take a lot of research - credible research on the international business listings - to figure out that the entire government is a collective of interlocking full profit corporations on the international market.

  • @21stCenturyPolitix There are a few issues with your video. 1. Cannabis was not downgraded to ease policing. While cannabis was temporarily a class C drug, it had no effect whatsoever on the police's stance on it, as people were still arrested for possession. 2. Why should the CPS not want to make as many convictions stick to criminals as possible? That's the point of their existence. 3. If police are giving more cannabis warnings it means either a. more people have it b. they're working harder

  • CPS is listed as a full profit corporation on the international market.

anyone can contract their service/bizz for 1-4 years for up front in cash and speculate if the profits was worth while or not!

  • @Tarkin1979 you said "The CPS is not a profit making organisation".

I believe it is you who are talking tripe my friend (no offence).

  • you got a troll brother, eh?

    damn tha man.

  • hmmmm...

    it appears so.

  • TRUTH.

  • Very astute. Thanks for putting all the time into this. I hope it makes people think.

  • Brilliant analysis. I'm astounded by the phernomimal number of wasted hours/days/weeks/years of wasted police time in giving out tickets to people who have harmed no-one! Clearly this is a manipulated agenda. Nothing is done by accident by the powers that be. Bungling beurocratic innifency is a mojor weapon they use to fool the unsuspecting! Great vid my friend!

  • They do not want to increase the number of crimes ( 0.56) they want to increase the number of CONVICTIONS against people who commit crimes i.e OFFENDERS brought to justice !

To suggest that they want to increase the number of crimes so they can secure convictions is just daft.

There are lots of stats to prove that drug use, including cannabis, fuels crime, as well causing mental health problems. The cost of dealing with drug related crime and health issues is the real problem

  • I implied "number of crimes convicted successfully" and if that was unclear, then so is the CPS' own statement.

Surely they want to increase the number of successful convictions for crimes actually committed?

Moreover, surely they want to reduce that number as evidence that the number of crimes is falling as a result of a successful justice system.

Does it not bother you that the CPS is a private corporation on the international market?

  • In fact, CPS, HMRC, the Police Services, the Courts, The Ministry of Justice, the Bank of England - all of them are private corporations on the international market.

Slightly worrying, is it not, that the entire government is privatised and we are run by businesses?

  • The CPS is part of the Civil Service and is Govt funded - it is not a private corporation on the international market. There are many things wrong with the CPS- as there are with all Govt Depts - but that is down to this dreadful target driven Labour Govt- not the CPS. The targets are set by the Govt- the crime stats are manipulated by the Govt for its own ends - the CPS, as part of the Civil Service, has no control over this. All of it is Govt driven.

  • @21stCenturyPolitix thing is Justice is Equity, and no-one's claiming it

  • drug use only fuels crime because its illegal, if we could buy weed from the chemists why would we go to a drug dealer, and your deluding yourself if you think the government is enforcing the law on cannabis for the benefit of public health, the independent drug advisory committee advised the government that cannabis should remain a class c drug because since it became such in 2004 there has been a reduction in the usage, a trend that confirms the comparatively low rates of use in holland.

  • true true. love ya name ;)

  • thanks, i love yours too.

  • you know the funniest thing, i think they make money from crime, because HMRC (british court) is actually a corporation, and police are therefore...uh debt collectors. when it comes to fines anyway. all the words used in court relate to it, like: "you are being CHARGED with..." check it out on youtube, s'crazy

  • On Wall Street prison stock like CCA (Corrections Corporation of America) is traded by how many bunks are filled each day, more bunks filled, higher the stock goes.

  • oh i replied about the wrong video :o

  • nice vid ..... all government agents and departments have been broken up into companies, using our money and all the profit goes to the shareholders and Directors, not back in the companies to inprove and repair ....but that not thier worry for the government will pay that with our tax.

freedom is the grandchildren we are the caretakers

  • Another great post, keep it up and thanks.

  • XD another excellent vid. i got a cannabis caution without being told the name of any officer, without a stop search form and percululary they knew how to spell my middle name (its an unusual spelling, so for it to be written down without confirming the spelling i find strange) some very interesting things continuing to evolve in the criminal justice system

  • so if the service has a conflict of interests surly its an invalid court so we are living in a scam world :S

  • The U.K. and the U.S.A both have broken jusstice systems...the turning to privatization of our prisons, or prisons for profit, has endangered every one of us! The rise of new laws, year after year, are binding our every move. Enough is enough! First, we start with the lawyers...

  • Great video. It's good to see the inner workings of other country's systems as well. Thanks.

  • A member of my family had their house raided this morning. Even though the warrant wasn't in their name, the police searched his things anyway. Found a tenners weed, took it off him and cautioned him ( haven't given him a confiscation notice either). If only he was "awake".

Great video friend, another nice catch.

  • fanastic post matey

  • thanks.

every day now i hunger to uncover the dirty truth about how this system is operated.

i'm finding out that it really is a flimsy house of cards.

we just have to look and encourage the rest to look.

as the antiterrorist says, it's time to rouse the others.

    peace ;)

  • freeman - jus chill, give em enough rope.

know where your comin from tho bro

  • Wow that is really scary but i am not suprised. I guess there is no suprise either that when our un-elected PM announced that he was going tough on cannabis that for the first time ever herbal cannabis was being contaminated on an industrial scale. After 2006 over 90% of cannabis being smoked in this country was cut with glass, sand etc. anything to make it heavier. Along with the police clampdown i suspect they are trying to reduce the amount of cannabis users. Legalise, regulate and educate!!!

  • the gov are the very ones runnin' the maryjane in the countrys anyway, plus they fine you or throw you in jail for it! not to mention all the lies they have told the public about cannibis!

  • yes, it's a business all right...but watch out for a lot of the weed coming in as it's genetically modified and grown to promote mental health problems in the young..i like a toke from time to time but i get mine free off a friend of a friend who grows his own...it's nice, really fires up my critical faculties, enables me to comprehend heavy reading material more easily i find and it's perfect to go out 'on' and have a few drinks with friends (money allowing)..i don't touch imported puff anymore
