I was not there but I am an alumni of Mauldin high school and I will say that the law just uses a poor choice of words for the rules. Ganging is interpreted as (2nd Degree Lynching) in my view I just think its a misuse of the word.

nice touch putting that Springfield Park cut in there. i grew up in mauldin while KG lived there. i went to hillcrest high and saw garnett play every time. he never won a game AT hillcrest, but his last game he scored 50 of 58 points (or something rediculous like that).

anyhow, he made something of himself, but back in the day, he was just a tall skinny kid at the park before he and his friends lynched a guy and got kicked out of mauldin high.
