How do u change the batteries on this car? I found compartment but it's a bitch to put batteries back in evenly. The LR44 type batteries won't lie flat only 2 will. Are two suppose to b face up & other 2 face down or all face down? Can someone help please ?!
The gas pedals are wrong, KITT was an automatic, not a 5 speed. lol

Im thinkin about buying a used one of these on ebay. What kind of battery does it use for the scanner light, and is it easily replaceable?

@caprisun2k1 The battery is inside the fuel tank, and there are 4 of them.
the code battery is: GPA76, and yes it's very easy to replace them :)
