you're 100% correct but the whole reason of using so much rope was for emergency situations. You can never have too much rope when in need one!

u dident have to tie that many knots the rope is called paracord its used by the military for parachutes it will hold 550 lbs no problem and it has 7 inner strands that hold 25 lbs
