How To Get Custom Themes and Winterboard on Jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch

then when i open winterboard i select a jason theme and a skull slide i press the home buttom, but then everying is normal :( please help

it would have been FAR better if you had actually uninstalled Winterboard and all the themes and shown them installing from scratch.
