So glad you're cancer free, your new eye looks great. Did the ocularist only have one eye too because you asked him how he liked doing it with one eye? He did a great job for you and the tape was interesting. Just wondering if you were in any pain at all anymore. Keep the vidoes coming. Thanks, molly.
My Ocularist lost his eye from an aotomobil accident (Drunk driver hit him) when he was a teenager. He been making prosthetic eys for over 25 years now. There was really no pain during the proccess, maybe a little discomfort, but nothing that bad. I do use silicon eye drops (OcuGlide) to keep it lubricated.
I have a weird question if you don't mind, Does your right eye still produce tears? i mean i'm sure there's still nerves and such but can you still cry?
I CAN SEE WHERE U COMING FROM SINCE I ALSO HAVE KIDS N THEY ALWAYS ASKED BOUT DA EYE. I ALSO HAD MY RETINA DETACHED DUE TO A MAJOR HIT ON MY RIGHT EYE..I WAS LIKE THAT FOR ABOUT 10 years N A TISSUE ON WAY WAS GETTING BIGGER N BIGGER N IT WAS SUPPOSE TO GET BIG TO A POINT DAT WAS GONNA COVER MY WHOLE EYE, NOT MENTIONING DA PAIN I WAS HAVING ON IT..SO I MADE DA BIG DECISION JUST A WEEK AGO N DECIDED TO TAKE IT OUT
U CAN SEE HOW I had before by just going to my videos
I have a detached retina. I've had it all my life and I am at a point where I want to look and feel "normal". I want to spare my children the embarassment of having a deformed parent show up for parent teacher night. Im interested in having the surgery I just have no clue where to begin my research. Can someone point me in the right direction. thanks
One of the weirdest feelings ever. Its so cold. I was born without my eye so I've been going through this for years and you just never get used to it. How did you lose your eye if you don't mind me asking.
You have great movement in that eye. My eye hardly moves at all. He did a very good job. How much did it cost? thanks

I had Ocular Melanoma in my right eye that was to large for radiation, so it was removed.
