Thought it would be a funny movie... wasn't planning to watch any movie that day.. few friends got together thought will have some beer and hang out.. but the movie was playing though.. and then i realised everyone in the room is watching seriously.. nobody even talked that much.. and then everyone got brutally Sad.. the movie ends.. one one the back actually said.. (nobody deserves to go through that kinda pain).. :)

To all who is disappointed that @jackasshole3 announced the ending that she died at the end… dun be so disappointed. The story wasn’t about a guy falling in love with a sick girl… it was about a guy falling in love with a dying girl so you kinda already know that her dying was the conclusion. It was really all the bittersweet moments in between that made the story.

Such a sad, bittersweet and good movie! I ♥ it & I luv Hyun Bin and Lee Yeon Hee. I cried my eyes when she “overdosed” on the bottle of “pills” he gave her. All those little messages in the tablets were soooo sweet and it was so sad watching her read through them. I normally don’t cry watching movies unless it is super sad… and this one had me tearing. Luv this movie!!

I've watched a lot of korean dramas but this one was really splendid. Their chemistry blended with how the story was told. 2 memorable scenes were: (1) the girl confronting her mom and (2) the capsule thingy. Love knows no time. It just happens. And when it does, it flies swiftly in the air way beyond the heavens.

Okay so I started watching the movie without reading the /synopsis/ thinking it would be some type of romantic comedy because of the title. I was dead wrong! I just finished watching this movie! It is the sweetest thing ever, really romantic but sad. If you watch this you WILL cry. I tried my hardest to hold my tears in...but I just couldn't. Definite tear-jerker. Beautiful movie.
