If you want a guess for WHO, I'd go with Biitoheinen.

Biitoheinen was a Native Arapaho living here before it was settled by the white man. Eddie Running Wolf carved a statue of him not two years ago, and the inscription below tells of how the spirits of the Natives live on, follow us in our everyday lives, and linger about, awaiting the collapse of our Western Civilization. An eerie inscription but worth checking out. If it was a real ghost, I would put my money on Biitoheinen.

I have a number of things to say about this video.

1. He's saying Becca. "Becca was supposed to meet me here a half an hour ago."

2. I do not NOT refute the existence of ghosts, one bit. Rather, I'm certain they're quite real.

However, I think this video is certainly a fake. I'm sure it was either a kid from one of the sporting events or plays trying to play a joke, (Which they do often) or it was a setup, or part of the script.

However, I do think that there is a ghost in Niwot.

uhm...ok, why would you run after someone when you are not supposed to be in the school, if anything you should run away form the person, ESPECIALLY if the person is wearing a ski mask...FAKE!!

it's a ghost, it can go anywehre. ghosts aren't necesarily contained to one spot or room, we dont have enough scientific evidence about ghosts to tell if they can only stay at one place.

the ghost can go anywhere it wants, if u think about it, the whole building is its domain...

There's a door across from the choir room at 1:34. He went into that door, not through the grate. He could have been a janitor or a techie, both could have had access to that room.

Okay, for the record, the guys making the video were not on tech crew. (I'm a techie.)

No one really knows if the "Ghost" was a techie or actually with the video guys. Most likely, it was one or the other.

ok well my theory is that there is a little bend in the hallway near the choir room (the room on the right before the gate) and the person could easily have hidden in the little bend because they do not show it... he could have stood there while the other two guys run past them
