Linda Hoffman Pugh, the housekeeper said the white blanket found with JB had been in a dryer upstairs, no one but immediate family would have known it was there. She also gave a statement that the Swiss Army knife used to cut the nylon cord was hidden from Burke in an upstairs cabinet. Only immediate family could have known it was there.

i think the family was in on this murder. there is no way that the murderer could have stayed that long to write the note, and do all that to Jonbenet without making any noise and not one of the other family members waking up. In case some of you have forgotten, they are no longer considered suspects in the case due to new DNA evidence, and they even received a written apology from the Boulder County District Attorney. Despite this, they are still considered suspects by some people - that is insane.The principle "Innocent until proven guilty" seems to have just flown out the window in this case.

DNA is the key of this case, find the matching DNA and you will find the killer. It is shameful that the BPD had the DNA from the killer, from the panties, the long johns, and especially from under her fingernails that cleared everybody, especially the Ramseys, as soon the results came back from the lab. Unfortunately for the case, a one case detective with a fixation on the Ramseys, kept the investigation from ever looking for leads or evidence for years. Steve Thomas was this detective.

@collegebor28 me too! she lies and is rude. if people dnt agree with her she just cuts them off. rude!! its all bull crap about the abuse i read someone had said that jonbenets vagina (i hate to be so blunt here) was stretched to 4 times bigger than a virgin should be, she was 6 and tiny a grown man had sex with her of course it will of stretched. i know police have to look not everything but no evidence to say that her father or mother sexually abused her. i hope they catch the killer soon!!

@1lilleth, the autopsy report states that the lil Girl suffered from a chronic vaginal mucus inflammation, that means she was sexually abused before the murder occured,so f the DNA don't match with father/brother but one of them abused her before and she then got raped and killed by a stranger it's even more heartbreaking,poor lil angel !

@bucklemunki No, she was not left alone. The parents put her to bed that night and she was found missing the next morning around 6AM.

@runeman1996 If they could pay them off, don't you think the DNA would have been matched to John Mark Karr years ago ? It's not like anyone would have cried if the guy fried.
On another note I can not stand Nancy Grace's voice. Just seeing her face makes me want to slap her, and hearing her gives me other ideas. Here's one who should definitely be on trial for murder.

a girl was killed in her home! obviously the parents or a family member did it.
