@WarkenLurr Terrible idea since quests are optional - you can basically do anything you want, and in 96% of the quests you have to kill something, and the other 4%, you have to complete the other quests to be able to do, so you're pretty much screwed - can't really do anything but walk around and train non-combat skills.
