I had the same problem with the files Dx! I tried to fix them though. The tempo is the right tempo. It's just that some notes are too long and some rests are too long too. I'll upload the fixed files when I post my UTAU's version of this song.

I don't know maybe there's something wrong with my computer cuz what I downloaded had a tempo of 60 and that is way too slow. Is the right tempo perhaps 180?

the correct tempo is 165. I just found out that you could set different tempos for different parts of the songs. Just make sure the first note after the rests has a 165 tempo, and you should be fine.
