@MegaShannon123456 the first one means '30' see the two combined threes. the second one means 'seconds' like the counterclockwise thing or something i don't really remember. The third one means 'to' hieroglyphics and the last one is 'mars' See its the planet with the two revolving moons. I read that somewhere idk where though so I'm not positive thats right but it makes since. Its 30 seconds to mar's band symbols along with the triangle with the line through it and the arrow that points up :)
