its not m82 but its m99 barrett sniper uses 12.7x99 or .50cal or bmg.and its one ugly sniper rifle i rather take m240g but warrock dousent haves it the only game that haves it is scarface.anyway barret haves 705 metters per seconf muzzle velocity and effective range of 2800 metters i shooted with barrett its one hell of sniper very strong really.and i shooted m60,m249 and H&K MP5 9x19mm

The desert eagle's bullet are also 50 cal. but less penetration.. In real life desert eagles power is a strong as an ak-74 I agree with under my score..

the desert eagles round's in real life is the .50 ae round, while the berreta's rounds are .50 bmg rounds. The .50 ae round is barely more powerful than the .44magnum round which yyou can find in many revolvers which i happen to own one and have shot it but it it deffenantly not as strong as an ak47 round which is the 7.52 round because i own an ak47 to and have shot it.

Because the Desert Eagle has a much smaller bullet, while the same caliber, the muzzle velocity, and therefore the penetration power is lower. The Barrett bullet is about 6 inches long, while the DE is less than 2.

I have played both WR and SF, and in my opinion, Warrock is better. Graphics are better. The real problem with most FPS's (Im a CS fan) is that they have TINY maps. The only real good FPS with big maps is BF2 and that doesn't work with my Vista computer (but I have the game). War Rock offers large maps, small maps, vehicles, and member options. This means that nubs can't buy PSG and call themselves uber 1337.

Barret is wayyyyyyyy better not just cuz it's amerikan its good becuse its got 1.5 or 2.0MOA at i think 2500meters the psg not so much so and the barret is 50 the psg is 7.62 and both are semi-auto but the psg is better for a marksman role since its 'more' compact it also can hold up to 20 round so i think the M82/M107 is better but the PSG is not bad (i've shot both and the psg is way less fun but less harmful) look up the body damage from shooting it can do and you'll understand ;)

Barrett = require lot of skill due to extreme recoil, and about the same accuracy as aug, and must be proned at all times ti fire. not good against other snipers unless they don't know where you are.

psg1 = a nub can pwn you with 1 shot to the chest. most overpowred and unskilled weapon in warrock. Cheap, low recoil, high power, extremly accuracy, more damage than AWM (probably 120% damage).

so therefore psg1 is gay, and ur a nub if u use one.

That's fucking hollywood dude the M82 barrett is NOT used to shoot down anything yes it's used to disable aircraft while on the ground but not used to shoot them down the barrett is an antimaterial rifle NOT A SNIPER RIFLE.
