  • It is there duty, due to the fact that und is a state university therefore run by the state the states legislature has its say in university policy, and don't you find it odd that the NCAA thinks it can trump state law ?

  • How is it legal for the government to dictate the name of a university's sports team? Doesn't the government have something better to do? State legislatures are supposed to enact and repeal laws; that's it.
