Its difficult being from Brampton and having my favorite player in the NHL as a Bruin. I hate the B's because that's how this sity raises you. But I gotta give respect where its due. TS fits so well with that squad and will be their future. But lets be honest. wouldn't you rather see TS in a Buds sweater? I love Kessel but he's a 1 way player. I think Burke should have held that pick and grabbed Tyler. But maybe I'll be wrong. Lets give this trade2-3 more seasons.

@briandolce First of all, you do realize that the Bruins do a fairly good job developing young talented players. The Leafs on the other hand have a tendency to rush young, especially highly touted prospects. There is a good chance the Leafs would rush his development like they did to many former first rounders like Kadri, Tlusty, and the highly touted Justin Pogge. No matter how talented a player is, if u can not develop him, talent goes to a waste. Seguin is better off as a Boston Bruin.

The reality is, the Leafs are horrible at developing young players so from a Leaf perspective I would rather have Kessel than Seguin knowing their is a good chance Toronto will rush his development. Seguin has a chance to be a franchise player in Boston, he is one hell of a player.

As for the Leafs, you can add Kadri to ur long list of 1st round draft busts. Until the Leafs learn how to develop prospects properly, 1st rounders are a complete waste, so mine as well trade them for quality players who are further in development.
