I just recently got inspired to make a motorcycle-engined car and even more recently, I discovered Honda's line of 600 model sedans.  There is one selling locally for about $1500 in running condition and I'm considering getting it and driving it for a while to recoup the cost of the car, but how much fabrication would I be looking at to install a 1000cc or 1300cc engine? Is the transmission the toughest thing to get around? How about the way you mount the engine?

Awesome idea for a track day car. Horribly boring video. I mean come on now. You can barely hear the engine above all that wind noise that the mic is picking up. And whoever's driving this thing really doesn't look like he's driving it very quickly at all. I'll be this car would really haul ass if driven aggresively.

May be boring to you, but you do have a good idea about a track day car. I have no control over the wind @ Fontucky dude! And, I wasn't the one driving the car either, or else it would have gone a lot faster. I just video the stuff and have no control over who and how someone drives their rig.
