Okay, here is what happened with the Browns. In 1996 after [expletive] tried to take the team to Baltimore, the city of Cleveland decided to fight him in the courts. We ended up compromising. The agreement was that [expletive] would be allowed to take the team, but not the history, name or colors. So the Ravens were treated as a new franchise and our Browns resumed their franchise history in 1999.

By the way, I was going to talk about all-time NFL championships later on, but I have that Frankford only won one title. Do you have a source that says differently? If so please tell me so that I do not provide any incorrect information.

Oh, and as far as the Colts go, unfortunately the Baltimore fans got screwed in that case. The Indianapolis Colts retained the history and thus have four all-time NFL titles.
