The black grid line is the bezel but 3 screen would do, 6 would be a little difficult.

the only point of eyefinity in my opinion is to have 3 screens for enhanced peripheral vision.

if you have 6, while it's more pixels, it's still the same aspect ratio and you get black borders running down the middle.

yes but not native resolution, only 1080p tv is, you can google 720p vs 1080i vs 1080p for more info. Anyway I was refer to any monitor larger than 30" will rarely have native 1920x1080. Technology getting cheap as if you want to play pc game in that resolution years ago, you would have to pay alot of money for a 24" monitor which is at least $400. This all changes today as there is plenty of cheap 22" monitor with 1080p which is only $200. I bet in future we can get 2560x1600 for cheap also.

look: if you have 6 monitors with all hd resolution you have 12.441.600 pixels. but if u have just 1 hd screen only 2.073.600. That's a huge difference within big project and details with games... thats why this is better than just 1 50 inch screen or a projector.

any monitor larger than 30" is only 1366x768, rarely you'll see one with bigger resolution, best bet is a huge flat TV with 1080p, however you'll prolly need at least a 5870 to get good frame rates on 40" and up 1080p TVs despite the in-game low settings because of the picture distortion.

well you're clearly being ignorant to the fact that it was configured this way to benchmark it's quality, not at necessarily to pose it at an aesthetic point of view.

Running 6 monitors in that configuration, with high video settings, and at high frame-rate requires a large amount of resource to run. Therefor proving that this card can handle your needs, even with resource-hungry applications that today offers.
