couple of other things; don't go on your toes till you know how to do it perfectly otherwise it will not look good. his circling moonwalk is good just needs a touch up, when you raise your right foot and go on your toe at 0:14 do not turn it, you have to do the turn using both feet;meaning the left foot should start sliding back along with the right foot turning at the same time towards right. hope i am clear on that. I used to do it like this then i realized that it doesn't look like MJ's.

His side glide : great

his spin: not good, needs more work

his moonwalk: aweful needs a lot of work.

Thirdly, most dancers know about these: the precision, speed, timing in executing the moves. You have to dance in the music and feel yourself become the bass, become the percussions, , the sun, the moon, the creator etc..blah. you need to practise it until it reaches a point that the moves come naturally from your subconsious mind. Otherwise you could only be a good dancer but not great.

his legs are too short. To dance like mj, the first and most important thing is to have a perfect proportioned body like MJ's with 1:9 head to body proportions and

1:1.2 upper body to leg proportions

plus straight shoulder with right shoulder with and slim waist. in short, you have to have dancer's body. Fred Asteire for eg was another dancer with dancer's body. Secondly, you have to have the right facial expressions to go with each moves.
