The medication can prevent this. There are a number of Christian organisations working with AIDS. If you think Christians have done nothing to prevent HIV or AIDS then you should do your research.

It took years in America to get regulated testing for blood banks, only after thousands of people brought awareness to the government, and passed laws for HIV testing in blood banks. It also seems people are happier believing that its not possible, and denying it. If you truly want to succeed, recruit more people to have a loud enough voice to convince them.

The world is overpopulated. However, relying on disease to control population is not only cruel, it is inefficient, unpredictable and senseless. Through global education and cooperation we can reduce the growth rate in ways that do not harm people and their economies.

Real statistics can't really be given, but i fear that the situation is a lot worse than what most Chinese or Indian people believe.
