silver ealges are not .999 fine is a lower condition of 95% to 97% like gold eagles that are 22k not 24k for the reasone is its more durable and wount scratch as easy compare to pure gold and pure silver.

I bought a 1917 Standing Liberty quarter (type 1) that hasn't arrived yet (as it is coming from the U.K., but I don't have many other coins. I am also starting a collection of peace dollars. That's really all I collect though.

this is my view of the situation, silver over the next 100 years ( not over the next 3) will skyrocket. Silver takes forever to gain value unlike gold, i think gold is very close to its high and it willl soon drop a large amount. once it does im grabbing as much numismatic (not bullion) coins as possible and holding on to them for at least 7 years, in which gold will skyrocket.
