  • Piston ring ?

  • oil burner not a blown headsket

    stem steals = gone

  • I found the problem. its a D16 honda....

  • Stick your penis in there.

  • try this product to fix headgaskets!

    kseal.webs.com

  • why do people rev the shit out of their motors when they are trying to find something that is wrong. thats a good way to CREATE something wrong.

shit is the head gasket gone? VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM.

  • inta arabi ?

    bas 5alas ?

  • haha i understood wat u were saying cuz im egyptian tooooo

  • valve guides

  • @skeet1ll1 Worn valve guides or bad seals blow smoke after high manifold vaccuum

  • nope

  • possibly, if your just talking about the white smoke, check your coolant. some could be leaking through the heads somewhere and getting into the combustion chambers and burning.

  • No,it's just a small leak....if your gasket was blown you'd get tclouds of smoke

  • Does anyone bother looking at the date of the posting?

  • It could be a blown head but first, was this filmed in the morning? was the engine cold? it could be build up in the exhaust and its just vaporizing. Warm up the car first, drive it around for atleast 5 miles. Go back home and have it on while in park and see if white smoke still comes out, if so then yes you have a fucked gasket =/

your looking at about 250-500$ USD on labor itself.

  • noooo not blown head gasket. blown head gasket is clouds of white smoke

  • @znofxz If combustion pressure is about 1700 psi and coolant pressure about 13 psi isn't it more likely to have combustion gas going into the cooling system than coolant pressure going into the cylinders? Think

  • @leaper1950 ok asshole. congratulations you outsmarted a 17 year old kid. feel good about urself.

  • @znofxz Ok lets get seriouse - what engine are we talking about?

    (sorry if I offended you)

  • @leaper1950 I probably shouldn't but I apply concepts about my 6.0L powerstroke to other engines. When I blew a head gasket I had clouds of white smoke and minimal power. When some gas engines have blue smoke that could mean burning a little oil. But with mine, when I had clouds of blue smoke meant a blown EGR cooler. Like I said, I apply the same problamatic instances to other vehicles that I know not that much about and I shouldn't.

  • anta 3arabi?

  • umm looks like a bad dufalator valve

    cheap and easy to replace

or it could be your time flux capacitor and you might want to change your glow plugs whitle you at it.

  • What car is that?

  • hhmmmm.... i bet its the time flux capacitor

  • yup ill bet you thats just what it is i acutaly have a spare flux compasitor made by fairies lmao works great on all hondas

  • do a compression test, to see what your working with

  • easier way to check: take it to a mechanic lol solves hassles with guessing

  • Lol, some of us rather not spend 1,000$ (Head Gasket) for someone to replace a 50$ part in work we cannot watch them do.

  • yea good point lol thats whats good about being mates with em, get em to come around after work lol

  • Whoa! Lucky! I live 5 states away from my father mechanic.

  • lol damn that sux hell bad

  • not blown but could be leaky. Take a piece of paper/cardboard and put it at the end of the exhaust and check for water vapor. Also check for bubbles coming from the radiator cap when you start the car. Try smelling the coolant overflow first and see if you smell exhaust

  • Usually there's a bit of water vapor in the exhaust... Do this: when the car is cold, open and then close your radiator cap, then hold the brake and rev it up to about 2k rpm for about 30 sec, then turn car off and open the cap. If there's pressure in there, it's a h/g

    i think.

    hope this helps.

  • put a piece of paper under your car and check it in the morning for leaks

  • use that shit steel seal, it might help, mine did. cuz it wasnt that bad

  • i know enuf to say yea wen a gasket goes it burns fluids it shoudnt but also lamber sencor if it goes the engine runs ither rich or to lean so the engine will smoke i.e m.o.t failier!!!

  • Comment removed

  • looks like the lamber sensor to me

  • You don't know much about cars, do you?

  • yea a blown gasket would smoke a lot more, either bad exhaust valve like stapatron said or fried rings

  • maybe a bad exhaust valve somewhere my 305 camaro used to do that till i put in new heads

  • simple way to check. open the header tank cap and look for a yellow ish sludge, then check the oil cap for the same. thats normaly the sign of a blowing or blown head gasket :p

  • open the header tank for the coolant, if bubbles spew out, or its pressurised then u probaly have a blown gasket. Also check the oil filler cap, is there a white residue underneath? if so it suggests water is mixing with the oil, and emulsifying, not good. You can also remove the spark plugs to check them physicaly, they should be dry, and there should be no water visible in the cylinder.

  • Looks more like condensation or over-fuelling. If it was a Head Gasket blow It would usually be thick blinding white clouds. When you turn the engine on does it A: warm up fast and go cold again fast? B: Cold airflow when its mean't to be Hot?

  • I have had this before I had a blown head gasket. There could indeed be excess fuel, carbon that is burning up, or this is happpening on a cool morning. If your gasket is blown water would be coming out as well and the steam would be thick. Check a cylinder to see if it has water in it and if it will shoot water when you turn the car on with out the spark plug in.

  • I would say is it warming up in the morning? if its warm thats bad. I would say it is as this happened to me and know its a blown head. try Bars or Steel seal

    GL

  • the most common things that happen to your car when the hg blows are.. the car's heating doesnt get hot, there is oil in your coolant/ coolant in your oil, the car overheat's very easly, and it sounds like its running on nails. and the oil filler cap/hole where u fill your oil smells like its burnt.the avrage cost for a new HG is about 4-500 pounds including labor, :)

  • im sure if your cars heating doesnt get that warm its just your thermostat going out/staying open thus taking longer for the engine to warm up. and if theres steam coming from your exhaust, and its only about 50-60 degress out, and after it warms up it goes away? and what exactly does it smell like outta the exhaust? becouse the steam coming from mine smells like, rotton eggs or somthing. not so much a sweet smell.

  • no it worked fine up untill my hg blew then work fine after it got replaced, not the exhaust gas the oil filler cap/hole when you top your oil up, smells burnt when your hg has gone,

  • I don't think this is a BHG. I own a 89 Supra and my headgasket blew a few months ago, this is normal, its your stock ecu running rich/lean/rich/lean from the rapid accel decel.

  • It was just water vapor trapped inside the exhaust pipes, because the UK has very wet weather.

My ECU is running fine, the car hasn't been tuned or fiddled with.

7M engines are known for blowing headgaskets. Get an HKS steel & copper ring head gasket, grommet type. It will hold forever.

  • @slim8685 Thats good it was just water vapor! Otherwise you would be looking at a big repair bill.

  • My 1996 EL Ford Falcon is doing that (even in hot weather) do you think I have a blown head gasket.

If so how much will it cost?

  • I noticed today after making my new muffler video my car does it a little too

  • well, if you just put a new muffler on it, its most likely you just burning off the oils inside the muffler. Takes a while to burn out the oils.

  • fuck u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sorry, I didn't think having a threesome with your mother and sister would have pissed you off :)

  • yeah good info, but we think it was coolant that dripped into the exhaust when we changed the gasket, the head is nit warped, but there's a suspicious looking sleeve. Instead of buying a new block we'll have it re-sleeved cuz we're thinking of running more power anyways.

  • um why you being so horrible mate?

  • he has a wife now

  • I changed my headgasket and I've been getting clouds of white smoke

  • Maybe the person who installed it did not torque the head studs with the correct amount of torque and your head gasket might be leaking.

Another probability is, if you had a blown head gasket due to a warped head, you should have had the head machined flat once again.

  • @acmoc have you fixed it yet?

    Probably your valve seals?

  • @acmoc ...if its smoking without you stepping on the gas

  • slim8685,does that also mean no cracked sleeve?

  • Its definitely not a cracked sleeve buddy. There is no drop of water lever in the cooling system :)

  • i have the same thing but same no oil in coolant and no coolant in the oil. but myne is like this all the time... not really at idle but comeing down from high rpms

  • I would say that that's excess fuel (which isn't being burnt) going into your exhaust. It's perfectly normal. You know who some cars back-fire? Same reason.

  • i know whats wrong with it it`s fucked

  • The car is running fine. Was just lots of water that had condensed in the exhaust pipes because the car was left standing for a long time.

No high pressure in the radiator and no overheating or milky oil = no blown head gasket :)
