2001 V6 Mustang with Cherry Bomb Vortex mufflers

I've been looking for performance muffler for my 2004 chevy Monte Carlo SS Supercharged Limited Edition. I checked out Flowmaster and SLP. Flowmaster makes the 40's that I like but SLP doesn't make the loudmouth muffler for my car. So i'm trying to decide to go with either Flowmaster 40's or a muffler from Cherry Bomb. What's your professional experience with either one of these companies and which company has a good aggressive sounding muffler for a good price?

The reason the videos are made are for people to listen to different set-ups before they choose and dish out the cash. And I've been working as a Mechanical Engineer and fooling around with Mustangs as a hobby for a couple of years. If you need help with your exhaust, or have any questions, I would be happy to help. well, everyone has their own opinion, but honestly i liked the cherry bombs way better, cause theyre much more crunchy. theyre good mufflers. but a couple months ago i put flowmaster 44 series mufflers and i love em. prolly my favorite so far. they give it that nice hollow tone that a mustang should have.

hah thanks man. i had bought a dynomax dual exhaust originially, with super turbo mufflers, but i switched out the super turbos with cherry bomb vortex mufflers. the dual exhaust cost me about $350, and the each cherry bomb muffler was $87.

there might be a cherry bomb muffler thats $20 but the vortex's are $87. everywhere i looked thats what they were. hah but it doesnt really matter anymore cause ive got flowmaster 44's on it now.

what, the stripes? theyre unique that way. alot of mustangs dont have stripes like that. some do, but not many. they were done custom by a friend of mine that does body work and painting extremely well. they look much more full and noticeable this way. and the pinstripe really brings them out.
