Well, if you watch the other video of them performing Brain Stew, and its all up close, you can see a guitar exactly like that one. And with the same stickers.

It doesn't say Fender on the headstock... So, I presume its a self made. Most likely a Warmoth, cause I think while reading about Rivers Cuomo on their website, he showed up as using their parts to build a fat strat.
