How long do you think I should wait before I start up my first saltwater tank? I've kept freshwater for about a year now and i'm not trying to brag but I'm doing REALLY WELL with it!I have an update of my 55 gallon on my channel, check it out!
I trade back the anemone back to the lfs and sold to another marine fish keeper already. Currently I have upgrade my tank to 25 gallons and so far the tank seem ok... :) I already posted the tank in youtube. Thanks for the concern and viewing the video. Cheers...
Nano tank... 6g... not really remember the cost, sorry.. anyway, this tank is no more as I upgraded to 55g and now i m experimenting another new small aquarium (16" x 16" x 24" / 25g) with small fishes, anemones & corals.. will try to post this aquarium video when i m free.. Anyway, thanks for viewing this video.. :)
This species of anemone is beautiful in the wild. Have you seen how big they get in the wild? What else is this tank plumbed into? Can you believe that in some parts of the world people eat these anemones? lol
hey can you help me and give me an advice of what filtration do i need for a small salt water aquarium? and other equipment needed (the important ones and main ones to maintain the fish alive)
Hi vipandrew, Thanks. well, I am quite a beginner myself, lol. This is a learning tank for me and my tank is just about a month old. Anyway, I am using an overhead filter for this tank.
i recommend getting a 55g stater kit from petsmart 150.00 comes w/ filter heater de-choltinator (lol its starter kit)etc etc...im running the filtering that came w/ the kit...check my vids if interested in its current status
Thanks. currently the tank is all well except for the clown... the clown infected with marine ich (syptom: white spots/ salt alike stain). currently using the freshwater dip to try curing. really am a challenge for me as I am totally newbie in saltwater.

omg, this tank is WAY to over stocked, and shouldn't have a ritteri unless its at least 30 gal.
and this is your first and your keeping an anemone? that's pretty impressive. I just recommend a bigger tank, around 30 gal.

I have a 12g aquapod with a 27w day bulb and a 27w blue actine bulb, do you think I could get oneof those
geedunk13 3 years ago
to be honest, I am not really sure as well... better consult your local lfs before purchasing anemone...
