@turbo05GT no 50 trim factory option, the stock turbo is a tdlr small as fk, they have mopar stages that were available. Bigger injectors, upgraded ecu, they had bigger wheel turbos but all with internal WG no fun. There mopar stage 3 turbo might compare to a 50 trim but not really..the turbo is from AGP they build those. 50lbs per min.

Scarface- 7k gt+3k turbo kit= 450+rwhp. Just saying for that price it's dumb to mod a fwd-4banger. Yea it may be like 2-3k cheaper but you get what you pay for. Mustang is a better track car, for almost any application, it's competitive. Can't say te same for fwd.
SRT4s are fast, not doubt. They are known as Mustang Killers. BUT this race was a fraud or the GT driver had no idea how to shift. He barely gets up in Rs before he shifts to 3rd, its less noticable from 1st to second but he had an easy 1000 rpm left in it when he shifted.
That said, Ive beaten many, many better cars with my old Iron Duke, simply because I know how to shift.

Show me a neon that has a stock bottom end and head gasket that has the following. 2003 GT installed kenne bell 1.7L super charger at 57,000 miles and now it has 144,444 and still will dyno between 432whp and 458whp given dyno and temp. I use this as my dailly driver r470 auto with 3.73 gears and a 9 inch torque converter. same trans ans stock engine just changed fuel pump to cobra. You neon lovers are such fags haten b/c you beat a stock gt that can't drive.

After this video the neon had to go get everything replaced because they are junk. Hahaha. How many tranys does on go threw at 100,000 miles.....at least 2. A stock SRT4 vs stock GT mustang is about even as far as 1/4 mile the only difference is the mustang cost 10,000 more...
@rev9fan1 10K I doubt, but Mustang cost more for multiple reasons. 1st, its not a Neon...2nd, its a better looking vehicle. Average price for a SRT4 now seems to be about 12K and an 05-06 GT with similar mileage will put you about 15K. Better damn believe I'm paying the 3K difference to NOT be in a Neon...If Dodge had made the SRT4 RWD or AWD AND made its own chassis/body style for it, I'd give the car quite a bit more respect...

I'm assuming "50 trim" means nitrous. IMO, if you can use it all the time, everyday, it means way more than just a one or two time deal, where you have to go refill a bottle afterwards. Modify the turbo to where you can use it all the time, everyday. If the SRT doesn't have nitrous, then sweet!

After this video the neon had to go get everything replaced because they are junk. Hahaha. How many tranys does on go threw at 100,000 miles.....at least 2. How many engines does one go threw.....at least 3. My budy had one and Loved it until 2 days later the engine went...3 months later trany went....6 months later it went again. It was stock with no mods and had 65,xxx miles. They are junk. But so is a V8 GT that gets 260 hp hahaha pothetic

@TheRickRod why ? Some cars make their power with Turbos, other's do it Naturally. Just because uses a turbo to makes it's power doesn't mean it's unfair. Ford used a 4.6L V-8 to make under 300whp, and Dodge used a 2.4L Turbocharged engine to make 230whp, and stock for stock the SRT-4 wins. Quit whining whether the car uses a turbo or not, that's irrelevant.

@mobnuke first off that was my 1st gen dodge neon not my SRT and yes i can post a video of my SRT once i get my input shaft fixed...i snapped it due to TOO MUCH HP. im getting the trans built as we speak. The car has 500 hp to the wheels and is projected to do 11 sec flat in the 1/4 mile thats y i said what i said. A stock SRT4 vs stock GT mustang is about even as far as 1/4 mile the only difference is the mustang cost 10,000 more...

@rev9fan1 10K I doubt, but Mustang cost more for multiple reasons. 1st, its not a Neon...2nd, its a better looking vehicle. Average price for a SRT4 now seems to be about 12K and an 05-06 GT with similar mileage will put you about 15K. Better damn believe I'm paying the 3K difference to NOT be in a Neon...If Dodge had made the SRT4 RWD or AWD AND made its own chassis/body style for it, I'd give the car quite a bit more respect...

@MrJpierson Wastegate control, Staged injection, Variable cam timing, Gear control, launch control, Ignition, Rev. limit, Water temperature correction, Transient fueling, Low fuel pressure modifier, Closed loop lambda...these are all things controlled by a Programmable ECU...which you should have if you're making big power. Second I'm not going to sit in here and slam Evo's..I know there potentiel and I've been smoked by them before. But I will most def race with you with either of my cars

@mustang4sho if u knew anytihng about that 2.4l in the neons its a pretty solid motor. you can make a solid 430-450whp on stock internals.I know this cause my friend has one that makes 430wtq stock internals with a htad60. my srt4 is pretty much stock lol

Haha i laugh at some of the neon drives 2 of my buds have em and my blown 2 valve gt blows their doors off all day long on the other side of the book i will say the neon does have its perks they keep telling me that they are really fun rides

hahaha IM THE DRIVER OF THE MUSTANG..it had 245s on the rear and spun allllll day long, the 285s i have now make a night and day diff...only thing that was done to it in this video was an exhaust, clutch, and throttle body...no tune...car has more stuff done to it now, looks alot better now also....but im still not keeping up with this dude, his srt4 screemsss! my stang is forsale btw go check tampa craigslist!
