Thank you for posting, I thought I was imagining this song. I have been looking for a good 15 years whenever the chorus ran through my head. I love it!
Love this song...I'd come home from school, not being too concerned about missing the program, but always wanted to catch the ending credits!!! Thanks for posting!!!
Love this song...I'd come home from the 9th grade and really not be concerned about missing the program, but always wanted to catch the ending credits!!! Thanks for posting!!!
THANK YOU I thought I was crazy, this is all that i could remember of this show and for the life of me could not remember what it was or what is was about. I thought the guy was named einstein (turns out it was ninestein, or something close to it.) Been trying to figure this out for 10 years. Thanks.
@egnod Same here.. I remembered the series but couldn't remember the title all I had to go on was the concept, plot and these end credits to stick out in my mind. People kept telling me that I was talking about Thunderbirds but I KNEW that wasn't right! HAH! Awesome that Mishi45 uploaded this!
I agree that the tic-tac-to version is better, but this is what I remember. When I bought the DVD set, I thought I was missing something. Now I know that there were different outros. Thanks for posting this!
Here's a funny story. I used to watch this every weekend on WPIX in New York, and I thought the lyrics were "Eleven! Eleven! Eleven and 1/24th Century!"
I can believe that. WPIX's Channel number was 11, wasn't it? Though I grew up in Massachusetts, WPIX was among the basic cable channels that my service picked up. Oddly enough, my Grandparents in Syracuse had cable, and one of THEIR stations was Boston's WSBK-TV 38.
I never knew that the Americans had a different credit sequence to us in the UK. Our noughts and crosses (tick-tack-toe) version is much better. Mind your, the series has dated rather badly compared to Thunderbirds.
"Livin'! Livin'! We're livin' in the 21st Century! True, we live and learn And even I, buildin' a new concern Touch me, wait; take me, yes and Ages will just fly away! Livin'! Livin'!
We're livin' in the 21st Century! x3 We're Livin' Livin'! Livin'! We're livin' in the 21st Century! x3 We're livin' Livin it Up!"
I saw this on RetroJunk Monday night! I've had this end credit sequence and song stuck in my head for the past 22 years and had no idea where it came from! I'll get this on DVD and hope that this credit sequence is included!
OMFG...........i tought i was the only one that was haunted by this song and image in my head for the past 24 years...isnt that crazy all i can remmeber is me eating a big bowl of captain crunch and watching this on a little balck and white tv at like 3yo and seeing that damm ball bouncing

This theme song has haunted me for years!!!
I've finally found out what the hell it is!
I've always remembered this real early on sat mornings in Philly, but didn't know the show, and nobody knew what the hell I was talking about. ;)
I now know I didn't make it up.
Thank you for posting this and solving a literally, years old mystery.

Actually the Song says -
"Livin'! Livin'! We're livin' in the 21st Century!
True, we live and learn,
Even I, buildin' a new concern
Touch me with tenderness and ages will just fly away!
Livin'! Livin'! We're livin' in the 21st Century! x3
We're Livin' Livin'! Livin'! We're livin' in the 21st Century! x3
We're livin' Livin it Up

I love this theme, for it meant that Robotech was soon on (evinced by the shot of Rick Hunter and Minmei at the very end of this clip)

I hoping that this ending was here. I watch terrahawks on scifi

Yes. In some areas of the northeast, cable companies picked up WSBK, WPIX, WOR, TBS, and WGN.

Oh my goodness... the US version didn't have the noughts and crosses ending? That's shocking, I would feel cheated.

@alisoneales: Some episodes did turn up on the Sci-Fi Channel in its early years with the original UK titles still intact.
