I too am going to see the Royal Albert Hall concert next week, but I cannot imagine it could match this performance.

the musical is "Kristina från Duvemåla" and I know it's amazing! what's also cool is that an English version of the show will be released on CD on April 12! Even though I like the Swedish version better! keep an eye out for "Kristina" which is the title it's been using on public English versions, it was shown at Carnegie Hall a few months ago. keep an eye out for the CD or just order it online, I THINK it's still going to be in stores though, but I don't know. can't wait though =)

woah såå bra...I am so going to learn this wonderful piece. this is from the musical that the two ABBA men wrote...they are so wonderful...I think Du gamla du fria is totally outdated as a matter of fact, and that these same two composers' famous Anthem from Chess, would be a perfect Swedish anthem, no?

I can really see your point, because it is a very beautiful song about loving a country. But since it was originally written about Russia, I , personally think it would be wrong to have it as the swedish national anthem.

@Summercloud1991 No, the music is made by ABBA for this musical. It's based on the real story of Swedish migraters in America.
