Sorry, but 'Kraut' is a nickname for the German the British used in WW2. It's short for sauerkraut, which is associated with Germany. And a Schnitzel is a German traditional dish. Somewhat like a cutlet. The right translation would be:

"I am the (sauer)kraut with the big schnitzel" or "I'm the German with the big ..." ;)

Though it is grammatical incorrect. The right version would be "Ich bin der Kraut mit dem großen Schnitzel".

But I think too that H&G arent nazis even though they use the SS-Skull.

The hole nazi military image is just being used because its a taboo image that is kind of cool looking and has that mystic to it. They do not really use it to spread the nazi partys ideas of hate.
