The pad is not something you can pick up at your local hobby town. Any ways i have no clue what the pad / trailer cost or where they got it. It is owned by MDRA, which is a rocket group.
Cant really put a cost on the rocket, It was scratch build and did not come as a kit. So there is a lot of time designing the rocket. But to give you a rough idea of what is inside the rocket:
