That's a lot of great footage. I probably worked that aircraft in XU Tower and definitely when I was in the Center. GX crews always got the job done, no matter what we asked of them. Arc approaches when there was no such thing published, etc etc. Dave E YYZ
My brother Paul was a 580 Capt with Allegheny...Remember going down to the observation deck at EWR to watch him "fire it up" He was my hero and I wanted to be just like him. He's gone now much too soon...Had so much I wanted to say...*Save The Right Seat For Me Paul*...
Not only have I admired this aircraft since mid-late 1985, I also LOVE this song by Alan Parsons Project. Great song, for an even greater aircraft!!!

Awesome airplane! I remember when Air New England dry-leased them from Aspen for the summer months. Used to savor the sound of that Allison engine!
