I think you might be right..LOL...I have a NIB HPI Super electric with enough room for an 8 cell pack. I'm tempted to put it together and assemble it with brush-less and LIPO....Probably would be faster than the nitro cars also.....Thanks for watching the vid.

electric is not faster than nitro, mabye acceleration but not top speed. world record rc car top speed is with a nitro car. an hpi rs4.

in top speed yes but speed doesn't matter on a track , the nitros will eat you alive on torque control so i would say hell no

i have both SURE my rustler vxl makes 120kmh.... try to make that on a track LOL

These car are HPI Super nitro cars...they are 20% bigger than the standard tenth scale touring cars....They are no longer being made by HPI, but they are sometimes on EBAY...look under "HPI Super Nitro".Go to HPIRACING and look at the HPI Challenge they just had at RACEWAY 301( its on the front page)..We were racing them there....

even if you don't go nitro..get your PRO 4 runnin again..race it at the HPI 08 Challenges.....My Pro4 with brushless and Liporuns with all the new X rays....Still a great car!!

Im still kicking around with one of these old super nitro rs4's. It still has the stock engine on it. Know a cheap engine I could put on it without any mods. just to give it a little more.

that was actually WILDCAT fuel....they also make HPI's fuel, and trinitys...That PEE colored fuel is Odonnel, right?.....I've since switched to MAXY's fuel.....runs great, esp in RB motors.....

you can drift any car as my knowledge knows all you have to do is buy the tires that are like realy HARD plastic and you can drift for like ages i know a few people who have done it i think you can only do it for on-road cars but i know you can get little plastice rims to put over the rubers on the buggies

you might find a 4wd car better for drifting....and the new drift tires work better than PVC...see them at HPIRACING(dotcom)

thanks..its one of the few vids that were taken at the HPI Challenges...I didn't even know the person taking it, he was a friend of a friend. Besides my friend Eric(the one holding my purple fuel,and the owner of the first race green car), I was the only one in my group of friends and racers to run the challenge, so all attention was on me. They all ran the races in 2003, 04, and 05....
