@GloriaD5767 then take a hold of yourself and start switching to a healthy lifestyle. it's not as hard as it seems if you do it gradually. make sure to eat a little less every week (and switching to less tasty but more healthy foods gradually) and doing a little more physical activity every week.

don't do it too rapidly but make sure you're making at least some progress every week and every month.

get a hold of yourself and find the will to do this

@CIarKent I'm doing it now. Today is ten weeks since I've had soda, a month since I've had chocolate. This is epic, since I've had soda probably every day for the last 20 years or so. Also, where I work has a free gym and I try and work out twice a week there and also walk my dog 3-5 times a week. I've cut down on eating out as well, and can't remember the last time I had ice cream. I may never get back to my high school weight, but even losing 20 pounds would be awesome.

Seems Billy's mother never wanted her son to grow up. She'd prefer he'd remained a baby, totally dependent on her for everything. Of course, he did get older but she still sees him as a baby - so she has spent years overfeeding him, causing him to become so huge that he's helpless (like a baby) and totally dependent on her.
