Quinn would have been great in Ag.

However, there was more to being a gladiator than looking like one.

you had to be able to do every event, have a good persona "character" mic talk, and do 35 pull ups in 30 seconds. shuttle run in 20. 40 yard dash in 5 seconds.

Maybe Quinn could have , I have no idea.

Ag was a really great show back then.

Billy should have played play thor in the new movie.

I hear ya man, I wish I was 6 ft something.

I'm 5 '11 and a body builder.

Just make your body like his. A lot of people now adays that are short win competitions because they look good wide and musclular. Tall people have to work harder to bulk up.

BTW Billy Smith is Thunder from season 2-3 of the original american gladiators.

I wish I could talk to him for some advise.

@Danielmovieparty Most bodybuilders are short, not because it's easier for a short person to gain muscle but because short people are more hungry to look bigger, so they work harder on that. The majority of professional bodybuilders started because they suffer from "small man complex" and that was their motivation. If Shawn Ray, Lee Priest, Branch Warren.... were 6'5", they would have probably never got interested in BB.

Damn. I'll bet most guys feel very intimidated around Jim Quinn. He is intelligent, handsome, and super strong. He is so damn thick that it is hard to believe he is 6'1". I wish he had starred in films. A real he-man....better than Arnold for sure.
