This is a geat video. We need to see it periodically, lest we forget that in times of great trouble, people are capable of great things, digging deep to help those in need. God Bless the USA and the Dixie Chicks
Yes, I noticed the lyric change. Wonder what was up with that....hummmm I love the Dixie Chicks no matter what she said. She was speaking her mind....we used to have that freedom.

I remember when I heard this song after the whole 911 tragedy. It was so comforting, as if to tell me - everything was going to be - OK. I hope that we never find ourselves in this situation ever again.
Thanks you so much for posting this song. One of my favorite musical moments of all time. Wish you would loose the first minute of actors asking for money as when people who may not have heard it wont know what they're missing when they click away from the paint by numbers chit chat ya know? I believe in love :0
Thank you for uploading this! This song is so beautiful and I too remember watching this when it aired and just being so moved by it! Natalie's voice is amazing. Such a beautiful and talented band. Love them! Thanks again for sharing this with us!
One of the things about those dark days that I will always remember was when this show was being broadcast, it was on over 80% of the channels on the air, including cable, and I want to say premium channels like HBO and such.
Even the Food Network. They kept the religious channels and kids channels on regular programming, but this was everywhere, on every other network, and not a network logo in sight.
Hi I am from Sydney. Thanks so much for putting this video on. I can't believe I can find this on youtube. I was young at that time during 911 and I have heard this from Dixie Chicks on TV in Sydney. After more than 7 years now, I find this one back but the song still full of emotion and memories. Thanks very much!

Dixie Chicks rock...in a more sombre note, I send my love to those who lost any one in the 9/11 tragedy.

Totally agree. Did anybody else notice how she changed the words: That in love you have NO choice instead of a choice?
