Martin, I trade from Portland, Oregon, in the Pacific Time Zone, and I'm curious, when should I be staying away from my computer, looking for trades, and not monitoring anymore. I have a good understanding of the accumulation manipulation and profit release phase, but I feel that like you said it occurs at different times, and I'm wondering when I should really be focusing my time?

Ooooo.... This one hit home. I am in the development of my business plan, which includes strategy. The "cycle" in this video is exactly true for me. I can see the end goal of trading the profit releases, but the temptation....
